Help your people use AI on the work they already do.
A prepared half-day or full-day for people across roles or departments. We cover the working patterns the group needs, including when to use chat or an agentic workspace, how to use company context and how approved connectors fit. Participants then use representative work to build and test one reusable AI working method individually or in small groups. The session is complete when they have run the method on real work, reviewed the result and know how to use it again. Production integrations and custom automation are separate work.

Find the AI investment worth making first.
A focused review of up to three candidate processes. You give us access to the people and examples behind the work; we compare the value, readiness, risk and existing-tool fit. The review ends with Build, Buy or Skip decisions, a map of the strongest process and an implementation brief for the first justified action. The deliverable stands on its own and may recommend buying a product or leaving an opportunity alone.

Implement one recurring workflow and test it with your team.
One named process with tests agreed before implementation begins. You provide the person responsible, system access and real examples; we map, configure or build, test and document the workflow. The engagement is complete when it passes the agreed tests and the person responsible can operate it. Larger work is divided into written milestones.

Keep a prioritized AI backlog moving.
A monthly engagement with two working sessions, a shared priority list and a stated allowance for hands-on implementation. We choose priorities together; Mainstreet completes work within the allowance and records what changed, what is blocked and what comes next. The agreement states the included implementation time and response window. Major builds are scoped separately.

Which offer should we choose?
Choose the statement closest to your current problem. If you are uncertain, select “I’m not sure yet” on the enquiry form and describe the work. We will recommend a sensible starting point without requiring you to diagnose the solution.
Can an engagement combine more than one offer?
Yes, when the scope justifies it. A Working AI Session may expose an implementation opportunity, and a build may lead to continuing support. Each part will still have a clear outcome and scope.
Can our team or another vendor implement the recommendations?
Yes. Opportunity Review deliverables are designed to stand on their own. Mainstreet can implement the work, but the review does not depend on a second purchase.
How do you price the work?
Sessions and reviews are quoted as defined engagements. Builds are scoped as a fixed project or milestones. Ongoing support is quoted against an agreed monthly delivery capacity. You receive a written scope, price and responsibilities before deciding whether to proceed.
What tools do you work with?
The answer depends on the client’s approved environment and the job. We can work with common AI assistants, business software, APIs and focused custom components. Tool choice follows the workflow, access requirements and risk.
Will you guarantee hours saved or a financial return?
We will define the intended result and how it can be checked. We will not promise a universal number before observing the process and its baseline. When the client has reliable baseline data, the engagement can include an agreed measure.
