Do we need to know which AI tool or project we want?

No. If the opportunity is still unclear, the AI Opportunity Review is designed to identify and compare sensible starting points. If you already have a defined process, you can come directly to us with it.

Do you work with a particular industry?

Mainstreet is not restricted to one vertical. We look for recurring work with a clear owner, a meaningful result and enough access to understand the process. Industry context still matters, so we learn the constraints and involve the people who do the work before recommending a solution.

Do you only build custom software?

No. A build may configure software you already use, connect systems, add an AI-assisted step or create a focused internal tool. When an existing product solves the problem well enough, we will recommend buying it.

What does an engagement cost?

Pricing depends on the form and scope of the work. Sessions and reviews are quoted as defined engagements. Builds are scoped as a fixed project or milestones. Ongoing support is quoted against an agreed monthly delivery capacity. You receive the scope and price before work begins.

Can we start with ongoing support?

Yes. The Mainstreet AI Partner offer is a direct entry point. It begins with structured onboarding, a visible priority list and a suitably sized first improvement.

Do you work remotely or in person?

Mainstreet is based in Canada and is available for remote engagements across Canada, the United States and Nigeria. Working AI Sessions can also be delivered in person when location, group size and preparation make that practical.
