  3. Read your inbox, your calendar, your invoices, and synthesize a weekly answer no single SaaS can give you.
  4. Have input data in a format only your business uses.

If a $30/month SaaS does the job, we'll tell you to buy it. We only build when the workflow is yours alone.

And what we'll send you elsewhere for.

  1. We won't replicate something QuickBooks, Calendly, or HubSpot already does. Use them.
  2. We won't replace your accountant or your lawyer.
  3. We won't build customer-facing apps (yet).
  4. We won't build something you'll use twice a year. Skip it.
  5. We won't connect to a SaaS without a stable API.

How an engagement works.

Every engagement starts with a 20-minute discovery call.

On the call, we walk through one workflow you brought to us. We route it through Build, Buy, Bridge, or Skip when 20 minutes is enough to call it confidently. Sometimes a workflow is tangled enough that we need a follow-up — we'll tell you that on the call, before either of us invests more time.

If the answer is Build, we scope what we'd ship, how long it would take, and what it would cost. You decide if it's worth doing.

When we agree to build, you get a short written scope document before we start: what the system does, how long it'll take to build, what it'll cost to build, what it'll cost (if anything) to maintain. You approve it. We build.

No surprises. No scope creep. If something changes mid-engagement, we re-scope in writing before continuing.
